3.1 The “KhelKit” Assurance of Freshness

Hygiene is non-negotiable in sports. Our “Athlete’s Covenant” ensures that every garment and shoe arrives in a sterile, factory-fresh state. Because our products are used for high-intensity physical activity involving sweat, we maintain a strict policy to protect the health of all our users.

3.2 The “Hygienic Wear” Exclusion

  • Non-Returnable Status (Used Gear): Any clothing or shoes that show signs of sweat, dirt, turf stains, or scent (perfume/body odor) are strictly ineligible for return. This ensures that no athlete ever receives gear that has been compromised by another’s training session.
  • The “Tag-Intact” Trial: We encourage you to try your shoes on a clean, carpeted surface to check the fit. Returns are only accepted if the original tags, silica packets, and “Performance Seals” remain unbroken.

3.3 The Fit & Defect Protocol

  • Structural Defects: If a shoe sole de-laminates or a seam bursts during the first 7 days of “Normal Use,” we provide a 100% Free Replacement.
  • The 48-Hour Inspection Window: Any cosmetic damage or “Incorrect Size” shipments must be reported via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Exchange Logic: We offer a one-time size exchange for unworn, unwashed items. The user is responsible for return shipping, but KhelKit covers the cost of sending the new size back to you.
